Preconfigure your tasks from each form

Written by CheckOP | 5 Aug, 2026

Picture this: your team creates the same task dozens of times a day, and every time repeats the same ritual: find the right service, select the sub-process, link the client, assign a user, set a time. One day someone forgets to link the client, another day a task is left without an assigned user, and that small mistake turns into rework later.

CheckOP now lets you settle all of that in advance, directly from the form.

The benefit

By preconfiguring how tasks behave right in the form, your team stops manually repeating the same steps every time a task is created. Oversights are reduced, the process speeds up, and every task is born with the correct information and associations already in place, without relying on the person creating it to remember the whole procedure.

How it works?

New section "Task Settings": This section was added to each form's settings, where you define how the tasks generated from that form should behave.

Required or optional associations: You indicate whether tasks from that form must be linked to services, sub-processes, or clients, and decide for each one whether it's required or optional, based on what that particular form needs.

Default values: You can preload values for the task name, service, sub-process, or client, so the most repetitive fields already come filled in and only need confirming or adjusting.

Automatic assignment and time: The task can be automatically assigned to the user creating it, and takes the time closest to the current moment, removing two more steps from the process.
