• Events from both calendars synchronize with each other automatically.
• Outlook events appear as read-only within CheckOP to protect your schedule details.
• Deleting a task in Outlook will not delete it in CheckOP, preserving full operational traceability.
• When scheduling new tasks, the system warns you immediately if there is a conflict with an unavailable time slot.
