What is CheckOP and what type of companies is it designed for?
CheckOP is a comprehensive field operational management platform (Field Management Service). It is designed for companies that need to coordinate, supervise and record team activities in the field. It is ideal for maintenance companies, technical services, logistic operations (deliveries), external sales forces (banks, insurance) and medical visitors.
Can our technicians use the platform if there is no internet signal in the work area?
Yes, absolutely! CheckOP's mobile app (available for Android) features Offline Work functionality. Your team in the field can continue to perform tasks, fill out forms, take multimedia evidence (photos, videos, signatures) and capture their GPS location without the need for mobile data. When the connection is restored, the information will be automatically synchronized with the system.
How long does it take to implement CheckOP in my company?
Our professional implementation service takes between 4 to 6 working weeks. This time guarantees an optimal configuration of your operational processes, creation of dynamic forms, loading of databases (customers, products) and training of your team. The fulfillment of this time depends on the assignment of an internal project leader by your company.
Can CheckOP be integrated with our current CRM?
CheckOP has a native, advanced, bi-directional integration with HubSpot. If you use this CRM, we can automatically synchronize customers, tasks, update business stages/tickets and send PDF evidences directly to HubSpot. If you use a system other than HubSpot, our team evaluates integration requests on a case-by-case basis as an additional development service.
Is the information we capture from our customers in the field secure?
The security of your information is our priority. CheckOP strictly complies with personal data protection regulations, including the Statutory Law 1581 of 2012 in Colombia. In addition, the platform has a robust system of "Profiles and Roles" so that each user sees only what corresponds to him, audit history of actions, and exclusive access restriction to mobile devices previously authorized by your company.
