How many forms can I create?
You do not have a defined limit: you can create as many forms as you need within the platform, according to your processes or sub-processes.
Can technicians see other technicians' tasks?
By default each technician only sees his assigned tasks. You can configure extended visibility for coordinators or supervisors.
Is CheckOP available for iOS devices (iPhone or iPad)?
Currently, CheckOP has a native app available only for Android devices.
At the moment, there is no native app for iOS in the App Store.
However, users of iPhone or iPad can access CheckOP through its web version, by logging in from the device's browser. This web version has aresponsive design , which allows working from mobile devices and running operational tasks smoothly.
When using CheckOP from the web version on iOS devices, it is important to note that:
- ✅ The execution of tasks and the geographic point where they are performed are recorded.
- ❌ Real-time tracking of the useris not available .
- ❌ No offline mode is enabled at this time.
Is the use of GPS mandatory for all users and tasks?
Control is flexible and depends on your operation. For constant tracking (movement on map), it is your organization that defines internally whether staff should keep it active; the platform will always show you who is reporting and who is not. On the other hand, for the execution of tasks, you can configure your forms so that location registration is mandatory. This way you ensure that the technician is in the right place before completing a service.
What requirements do I need in my HubSpot account to integrate CheckOP?
You must have an active HubSpot account with Super Admin or Connected App Administrator permissions . The integration is compatible with Service Hub and Sales Hub editions (Professional or Enterprise versions recommended) and requires authentication using OAuth 2.0.
