Can I contract less than 5 users?
No. CheckOP's base plan includes 5 operational users for $125/month. This is the minimum required for all subscriptions. If your team is smaller, you can use all 5 licenses and allocate them as needed.
How does the price per additional user work?
The base plan includes 5 users for $125/month. If you add more, you pay $20 for each additional user (6th to 10th). When you exceed 10 users, all your additional users drop to $18.
Why should I have more than 10 users?
By going from 10 to 11 users, the price of ALL your additional users (6th and up) drops from $20 to $18. You pay only $8 more for that extra user and reduce the average cost per license.
Can I add users at any time?
Yes, you add users from the platform and they are activated instantly. The cost is adjusted in your next invoice according to the corresponding range.
What happens if I reduce users?
Reductions are managed through support.checkop.co and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you drop from 11 to 10 users, the price per additional goes back to $20 from your next invoice.
What is the difference between operational and standard users?
Operational users are licensed and execute tasks in the field with the mobile app. Standard users access for consultation, supervision or administration, but do not execute tasks. Standard users are unlimited and free of charge.
Is implementation mandatory?
Yes for new customers. Ensures CheckOP is configured correctly according to your operational processes. Includes training and 30 days of support.
What does the $1,000 USD implementation include?
Technical configuration of your account, setup of up to 3 custom dynamic forms, upload of up to 500 geo-referenced customers, up to 10 operational processes, training for administrators and field users, and 30 days of post-implementation support. The process takes 4 to 6 weeks and is 100% remote.
Does the app work on iPhone?
The native app is only available for Android. iPhone users access via web browser at app.checkop.co with full functionality, but without offline mode and real-time tracking of the device.
Does it integrate with HubSpot?
Yes, it includes bi-directional task synchronization, connection with deals/tickets and automated flows. Integration is configured during implementation if you have an active HubSpot subscription.
Are there any contracts or minimum permanence?
No, but you must purchase the implementation. Billing is month to month. You can upgrade users whenever you want. Downgrades are managed with support.
