The PSSR form was configured in clear sections (General Information, Service, Solution). The system forces the consultant to complete the "Step by Step" of the inspection. It is not possible to close the visit without recording the Current Hourmeter and the 4 Cardinal Photos of the equipment.
Photo Sells Spare Parts
To avoid typing errors, CheckOP replaced the free-text fields with Drop-Down Lists pre-loaded with the entire brand portfolio. The form includes specific fields to capture evidence of wear and tear, Digital Signature of the client and automatically generates a professional PDF.
