Automatic Conversion of Tickets to Work Orders
A technical services company manages its repair requests from HubSpot. Thanks to the integration, when a Support Ticket is created, CheckOP automatically generates the operational task for the technician in the field. Once the visit is completed, the captured information (before/after photos and customer signature) is synced back to the Ticket in HubSpot, allowing the support team to close the case with real evidence and no manual management.
