1. Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP" or "Policy") sets forth the rules and guidelines for the appropriate use of the CheckOP platform, including the web application available at https://app.checkop.co, the Android mobile application, the application programming interfaces (APIs) and all related services (collectively, the "Service").
This Policy forms an integral part of CheckOP's Terms and Conditions of Service and applies to all users of the Service.
Failure to comply with this Policy may result in suspension or termination of access to the Service.
2. General Principles
2.1 Lawful Use
The Service must be used only for legitimate business purposes related to the management of field operations and other functionalities provided by the platform.
2.2 User Responsibility
Each User is responsible for all activities performed under his or her login credentials.
2.3 Respect for Third Parties
Users must respect the rights of third parties, including privacy and intellectual property rights.
3. Prohibited Use
3.1 Illegal Activities
It is prohibited to use the Service for illegal activities, including facilitating, promoting or participating in criminal activities.
3.2 Violation of Third Party Rights
Infringement of copyrights, trademarks, patents or other intellectual property rights of third parties is prohibited.
3.3 Prohibited Content
It is prohibited to upload, store or transmit content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, hateful, or exploitative of minors.
3.4 Interference with the Service
Attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the operation of the Service, reverse engineer or introduce malicious code is prohibited.
3.5 Misuse of Resources
You may not use the Service beyond reasonable limits, automate unauthorized access or resell the Service.
3.6 Impersonation
It is prohibited to impersonate identities, falsify information or create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.
3.7 Spamming
You may not send unsolicited commercial communications or engage in phishing.
4. Use of Sensitive Information
The Service is not designed to handle sensitive information. Users agree NOT to use the Service for protected health data, detailed genetic information, sensitive financial information or data of minors without appropriate consent.
5. Security of Credentials
Users must maintain the confidentiality of their credentials, not share them, use strong passwords and immediately report any unauthorized use.
6. Use of the Mobile Application
6.1 Authorized Devices
Access to the Mobile Application may be restricted to authorized devices based on account settings.
6.2 Device Permissions
The application may request permissions for GPS location, camera and microphone, and storage. These permissions must be used exclusively for legitimate Service functions.
6.3 Offline Mode
Offline functionality is available in the Android application. Users are responsible for synchronizing data when they regain connectivity.
7. Use of APIs
Access to APIs must be done following the official documentation, respecting rate limits, using authorized authentication methods and not automating access in a way that affects the performance of the Service.
8. Intellectual Property
Users acknowledge that CheckOP, including software, design, trademarks and content, is the property of Progresus S.A.S. Use of the Service does not grant intellectual property rights.
The user retains all rights to its own data and uploaded content.
9. Compliance and Consequences
9.1 Monitoring
Progresus reserves the right to monitor the use of the Service to ensure compliance with this Policy.
9.2 Investigation
Progresus may investigate possible violations and take appropriate action.
9.3 Consequences of Non-Compliance
Non-compliance may result in warning, temporary suspension, permanent suspension or termination of the contract. In serious cases, Progresus may initiate legal action.
9.4 Notification
Progresus shall notify the Customer of significant breaches, except where notification may interfere with legal investigations.

11. Changes to this Policy
Progresus may modify this Policy at any time. Significant changes will be notified at least thirty (30) days in advance.
